All our earrings feature reused elements, or are entirely crafted from recycled metals and beads. The aluminium used in all Todorova Asplund jewellery is next to exclusively sourced from discarded kitchen utensils and food-grade packaging. Moreover, aluminium is a classic hypoallergen material that is gentle on all skin.
Please note! Although we craft and perfect jewellery with high-quality metals and beads, all jewellery items have a fragile aspect. Store in a soft spaceous pouch, or a soft jewellery box, avoiding the pieces scratching against each other. Jewellery is meant to be worn and will acquire signs of wear with time.

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
