The delivery time for a product can vary between different creators and products.
When placing an order with multiple products from different creators, the products will be sent in separate packages from each creator.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap โClaimโ, then select โReturn.โ
Return shipping is the buyerโs responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
