Thunder Mother Original

This artwork consists of an original print created by me, which has then been hand-mounted onto a background built from torn posters collected from urban environments – including electrical boxes in Malmö.

In this particular piece, photographed worn posters from Poland (Poznań) are used.

The background is constructed in multiple layers, creating a physical texture where chance and control meet. The result is a unique encounter between the printed and the handcrafted – an expression achievable only through this specific technique.

The work is part of a strictly limited edition of 9 copies. Each piece is numbered and signed on the back, and since every background is unique, each artwork becomes an original in its own right.

The canvas is 70 x 100 x 3 cm deep and comes ready to hang.
