Product Description
In The Gloriously Broken, one of The Children of the Dandelions, we meet a child who has wandered through darkness yet never lost the hope of finding her place in the world.
She wears a mask woven from wildflowers gathered from open fields. Delicate and beautiful, it conceals the parts of herself she once believed were flaws, while becoming a symbol of courage, healing and quiet resilience. Her cracks are no longer something to hide, but a reminder that what has been broken can also become a source of strength.
Gloriously Broken is a reflection on belonging, self-acceptance and the universal longing to be seen for who we truly are. It reminds us that even those who feel lost deserve a place to belong — a home where they can finally be accepted without hiding behind a mask.
The Children of the Dandelions is an ongoing series exploring grief, belonging, resilience and hope. Each new artwork reveals another chapter in a visual narrative where symbolism and photography come together to tell stories of transformation and the quiet strength found within vulnerability.
Gloriously Broken is part of an ongoing exploration of grief, belonging, resilience and hope — ultimately reflecting the universal longing to find a place to call home.
