The story behind the artwork
Frida, I Have Your Back is composed of 12 photographs that together create a rich and multidimensional narrative. Through photographic layers, the work brings together fragments of street art, places and visual traces that may no longer exist in their original form.
The work places Frida Kahlo’s iconic presence in dialogue with the ephemeral nature of street art. The photographic layers preserve moments of art that might otherwise disappear, while creating new visual conversations between time, place and memory.
Beyond the graffiti, the work includes details from locations such as Copenhagen Airport, Oslo Airport Gardermoen and the rooftop of Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel. Together, these fragments form a photographic archive where the motif continues to exist beyond its original context.
Frida, I Have Your Back is a tribute to the fleeting nature of street art and to the ability of art to survive, transform and continue telling stories long after its physical origin has disappeared.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
