This poster is about how our thoughts can sometimes feel overwhelming. Thinking is part of processing, but we also need to learn how to find our way back when we get stuck in them.

All posters are created using magazine cutouts and analog collage techniques. Working within the limitations of found images inspires my creative process. My collages explore life, identity, and emotions through simple compositions with a touch of humor.
