I'm sure we've all been treated unfairly and know that feeling when all you can think about is putting someone down, even in the smallest ways, just to feel a little better about what happened. Sometimes, life even gives you the opportunity to do so.
But there's something beautiful about getting the opportunity and choosing not to.

The delivery time for a product can vary between different creators and products.
When placing an order with multiple products from different creators, the products will be sent in separate packages from each creator.

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
