About Anna
I’m Anna Bolling, the maker behind Bolling studio. My love for ceramics has evolved over many years of practice. It’s a craft full of so many ways for your creativity to grow and take new forms. In addition, working with clay has such a grounding effect.
My work is inspired by Nordic tranquility and nature: earthy, calming shapes and colors. I mainly work with slab building, a method of joining rolled slabs of clay to create each piece. You’ll find more information about that in my product descriptions. Lately, I’ve also been exploring the craft of making my own glazes.
