Soy waxes are gluten free, toxin free, paraben free, phthalate free and come from renewable sources. It is biodegradable and natural wax. Our wax is responsibly sourced offering an environmentally friendly alternative to paraffin waxes and meets the necessary compliances to be classified as vegetarian, vegan and palm free. Does not contain or come into contact with any animal or GMO products at any stage of its manufacture. Has not been tested on animals by ourselves or on our behalf.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
