Product Description
A handmade ceramic cup, personalized with a name, motif and your choice of colors. A special keepsake and gift for birthdays, christenings, baby showers or other special occasions.
Each cup is wheel-thrown by hand in white stoneware clay, glazed in transparent glaze, and decorated using a two-colour stencil design. You choose the idea, and I create the motif in my own style.
HOW TO ORDER
In the order special instructions, please write:
• Name – the name or word you would like on the cup.
• Motif – for example dinosaur, flower, cherries, dog, heart, fish, bow, sun, etc.
• Two colors – one main color of the stencil, one used for details. Available colors: red, blue, yellow, green, orange, pink, white and black.
Example:
IAN – Dinosaur – Blue background – Orange details
Simple motifs work best with the stencil technique. If you have another idea in mind, feel free to suggest it!
Please note that the photos show an example. Since every cup is thrown, decorated and glazed by hand, the shape, lettering and design will vary slightly – making each cup one of a kind.

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight of your order and delivery address.
Customs fees may apply, check the flag on the product page or the creator’s profile for product origin.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The delivery time for a product can vary between different creators and products.
When placing an order with multiple products from different creators, the products will be sent in separate packages from each creator.

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
