Product Description
Mini Clay 277 in Raw Umber Stone is finished with a matte topcoat that enhances its beautifully textured surface, creating a tactile and almost fabric-like quality.
A rich, deep brown colour with a soft, dusty undertone, Raw Umber brings a sense of depth and quiet elegance to the piece. While Mini Clays look beautiful when displayed in pairs, this particular piece has a presence of its own. Despite its small size, it effortlessly draws the eye and commands undivided attention in any space.
Each Mini Clay is a small, sculptural artwork, handcrafted with great attention to detail. Created on canvas, the surface is carefully shaped into organic, folded forms using multiple layers of lightweight clay and plaster, building depth and dimension.
Once the structure is complete, the piece is finished with several layers of acrylic paint and sand, enhancing its unique texture and bringing the sculptural details to life.
Each Mini Clay is individually numbered and signed, making every piece a unique expression of the Artful Layers universe.
