With his auburn hair, rosy cheeks and soft, fluffy collar, he wears blue dungarees sparkling with golden threads, a green-and-white sweater, raspberry-coloured tights and his little green elf boots, finished with a charming red detail.
He comes with two accessories:

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
