Crafted from natural linen, each napkin is individually hand-embroidered in deep ocean blue with one of four playful coastal motifs — crab, seashell, seahorse and starfish. When placing an order with multiple products from different creators, the products will be sent in separate packages from each creator.

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
