This necklace is handmade with a gold-plated brass chain, turquoise and pink czech crystal beads, a pink resin donut bead, rondelle beads with chaton crystal, and gold-plated brass findings.
Each resin element is crafted individually in my studio. All crystal beads and rondelle beads are from PRECIOSA®, a prestigious Czech brand known for producing the highest-quality glass beads, with a long-standing tradition in authentic Bohemian crystal craftsmanship.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
