The watercolour by Signe Lindquist, who was born in 1897, was originally a sketch for her porcelain painting, an art form she devoted herself to for many years. Now, after lying dormant for several decades, her sketches are being brought out of the drawer.
The image of the cranberry plant draws its inspiration from *Svensk Botanik* (Swedish Botany), first published in 1802 by Johan Wilhelm Palmstruck (1770–1811). Botanical illustrations are a genre that draws on traditions dating back a long way.

FSC® – FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL® – is the certification that best and most reliably guarantees that raw materials come from certified suppliers and are traceable. FSC® works to promote responsible forestry that takes both the environment and people into account.
The trays consist of birch veneer sheets that are assembled by hand before being moulded under high pressure and heat together with the design, which is printed on paper. The trays are then protected by a melamine-based surface coating that makes the surface heat-resistant up to 130°C.
