European Heatwave - Original

This artwork called European Heatwave is a watercolor in very pared-down color scheme and depicts an elegant woman in a white dress reclining against a wall, shading his face from the strong sun somewhere in warm Europe. Maybe she's on her way to an event but had to take a break on the way. The wall she is leaning against belongs to a beautiful building with two sculptures holding it up the facade. Notice how the sculptural elements are painted in a very minimalist freer style while the woman is more detailed.
