How it works:

  1. Place your order here and send me photos of your pet (or subject) along with your color preferences
  2. I’ll create a sketch and share it with you for feedback until it feels just right
  3. Once the sketch is approved, I begin painting your artwork
  4. Within about 1 month, your order will be complete and shipped to you


Each artwork is painted with high quality acrylic on canvas and finished with a protective varnish for extra shine and durability.


Shipping weight: Listed as 5 kg for safe packaging. Actual weight varies by size.

• The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight of your order and delivery address.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• The delivery time for a product can vary between different creators and products.

• When placing an order with multiple products from different creators, the products will be sent in separate packages from each creator.

Returns

• Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, and makes decisions about returns, refunds, and cancellations.
