Once the image has been received, Amanda will create a sketch for your approval. After your feedback, she will begin the painting process. The finished artwork will be ready for delivery in approximately one month.

When placing an order with multiple products from different creators, the products will be sent in separate packages from each creator.

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
