1. Place your order and send me the photo you want me to paint along with optional inspiration.
2. After I’ve made a sketch of it i will send a picture of it for you to review before the painting begins.
3. Once the review and sketch is approved I will start with painting and bringing the canvas alive.
4. Within an estimated time, varying from how detailed the work is, the painting will be completed and will then be shipped to you.
I always paint my commissions with care and intricate detail!

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight of your order and delivery address.
Customs fees may apply, check the flag on the product page or the creator’s profile for product origin.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The delivery time for a product can vary between different creators and products.
When placing an order with multiple products from different creators, the products will be sent in separate packages from each creator.

Returns

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
