Epepep is Opopop’s cousin, but he serves a very different function within the network. His job is to create distractions whenever Cutout Citizens find themselves in difficult or compromising situations, a decoy, if you will. Unlike Opopop, Epepep is visible to everyone, causing confusion, wonder and sometimes outright fear wherever he appears. He has a peculiar ability to fool civilians and authorities alike, drawing their attention away from whatever is really happening. When Epepep shows up, we know something has gone wrong. Fortunately, it usually means we’re about to get out of it.

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
