It was 3 a.m. and we were walking through a sensitive area when a car with tinted windows slowly approached us. The rear window slid down and what appeared to be FBI agents began staring in our direction. Of course, we had no pen, no paper, nothing visible that could justify detaining us. We do carry a device, but it relies on special technology that makes it virtually undetectable. Much to the agents’ frustration, there was nothing they could find. We stared back, kept walking and carried on with our mission as if nothing had happened.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
