As I strolled through the city at sunset, I came across two masked graffiti writers, spray cans in hand, standing on top of a brick wall and looking down at me. No words were exchanged. There was no need. A simple nod was enough to acknowledge one another and the different missions we were pursuing. For a brief moment, our paths crossed, bound by a mutual understanding and respect for each other’s purpose.

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
