Some days are more upbeat than others. Some are black and white, some tedious, some surprisingly easy, and others bursting with colour. Today is one of those days. I’m onto something, and I have a feeling the intel I’m gathering could become an important piece of a much bigger operation. For now, I keep observing and feeding what I find into the network. When the time comes, my small contribution may help set something much larger in motion.

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
