This is the dish my neighbours make in August when the garden is overflowing. 🌿
Zucchini, tomato, eggplant and red onion — sliced thin, layered with love, drizzled with good olive oil and tucked into the oven until everything turns golden and soft and smells like the South of France.
I painted it by hand because some recipes deserve more than a screenshot.

Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
