• The delivery time for a product can vary between different creators and products.

• When placing an order with multiple products from different creators, the products will be sent in separate packages from each creator.

• Disclaimer: Free delivery on orders over 2,000 SEK does not apply to XL and XXL paintings.

• Each seller on Cay Collective manages their own orders, including returns, refunds, and cancellations.

• You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.

• To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
