"Subway Illusion is a vivid dream beneath the city. The subway glows with vibrant strokes of yellow, blue, purple, and green, capturing the pulse of countless peop moving through this underground world.
People stand side by side, different lives sharing the same moment. A young couple has just discovered love, smiling shyly at one another, an elderly couple sits quietly, their hands linked, offered a seat by a kind young boy. Nearby, someone wipes tears from their eyes after a heavy day, while another person stares ahead, lost in their thoughts. None of them speak, yet for a moment, they are connected.
Above the crowd, the ceiling is alive. Colors gather and swirl, like clouds of energy, rising from the passengers. Each thought, each emotion, joy, heartbreak, exhaustion drifts upward as a soft haze of color. These colors twist together, as if the feelings becomes this energy as this unseen force that keeps the subway in motion, like the heartbeat of the city itself."

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
