Product Description

A one-of-a-kind sandalwood and vanilla scented candle made with vegan Swedish rapeseed wax, set in a handmade ceramic vessel featuring horizontal Nerikomi stripes.

French vanilla and precious woods combine in a rich, layered fragrance. Atlas cedarwood and fresh neroli blossom open the scent, followed by a sweet heart of cognac caramel, Douglas fir and patchouli. A warm base of sandalwood, ambergris, vanilla and musk adds depth to this luxurious, balsamic composition.

The vessel is handmade in Södermalm, Stockholm, from Swedish terracotta and recycled clay using the nerikomi technique. The horizontal stripes are created by layering contrasting clays, forming the pattern within the ceramic itself rather than painting it onto the surface.

Only one candle is available in this unique vessel. Once the candle has burned down, the container can be thoroughly cleaned and kept as a decorative piece. The vessel is dishwasher safe, but nerikomi pieces should not be microwaved.

The vessel is fired using renewable electricity. The candle filling is made and poured by Södermalms Ljusfabrik.
