The mugs are handmade and one of a kind. Not mass produces and therefore differences may occur. Crafted from speckled /lava stoneware clay using the pinch technique finished with a combination of purple and pink glazes and an unglazed bottom. Holds about 200 ml each when filled to the top.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not covered by the right of return.
To make a return, go to your order via the Cay Customer link (in your confirmation email or SMS), tap “Claim”, then select “Return.”
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, either paid directly or via a provided return label, with the cost deducted from the refund.
