At the heart of the piece stands a chimpanzee—our closest relative and a symbol of raw humanity—dressed in the classic red-and-blue suit of Superman, complete with cape and emblem. The chimpanzee strikes a heroic pose, embodying the idea that true heroism isn't reserved for caped crusaders or larger-than-life figures; it's found in ordinary people facing ordinary battles with extraordinary resilience.
The background of pristine white acid-free paper is intentionally stained with organic coffee marks—splashes, drips, and subtle rings that evoke daily life: morning brews, spilled cups, the traces of routine.
