Jessica Eldenstjärna, rooted in spiritual practice, cross-cultural mysticism, and art-based psychotherapy, has developed a distinctive artistic style that blends vibrant color with timeless mysticism. Her work, exploring both abstract and figurative elements, invites meditative exploration through complex compositions and symbolic natural forms. Jessica also engages with video, performance, and sculptural art, drawing inspiration from contemporary and modernist traditions. In her practice, Jessica combines painting and ritual, using art to explore mystical forces and facilitate transformation and healing. Each brushstroke serves as a meditative act, allowing the unseen to emerge. She believes art has the power to transform both the creator and the observer, offering a path to inner growth through color, form, and symbolism. Her process is guided by intuition, with geometric or organic shapes emerging from fluid layers of color. Since 2018, Jessica has led art walks with meditation at Moderna Museet in Stockholm, using art as a catalyst for reflection and dialogue on spiritual themes, concluding with guided meditation and Tibetan singing bowls.
