My name is Yulia Levitskaya. I am an artist from Ukraine and currently live in Åhus, Sweden. I have the opportunity to work in a studio in Bromölla where I am currently working and actively working on my new series of works “Sensual Compositions”. I am researching and deciding how to convey emotions and feelings through visual solutions. The language of color and line, the language of the body. Art as an endless game. I am writing my book about feelings, passion, despair, sadness, harmony, unity…
My style is an emotional mix of painting, lines, different materials. My style is emotions and expression. “Artists are people in love with life” - our old teachers at the art academy said, and I agree with them. My new series is about feelings and love. And what else do we have? Passion as the energy of creation, as the breath of the world.
