Ylva Objects comes from my name, Alva Nylén, and my interest in objects and art in different forms.

My work is driven by curiosity, creativity and the joy of making. I paint with Japanese sumi ink on handmade paper, work with beads and explore different crafts. I don’t want to limit myself to one medium, but rather let the ideas guide the process.

Ylva Objects brings together the things I create, regardless of form or technique.
