About Vilda
I have always loved painting and have done it more or less my whole life. I've studied art at Ölands Folkhögskola and in Florence, which made me even more curious about the creative process. Besides painting, I work with clay, textile prints and make silver jewellery.
The wavy and organic forms that can be seen in my selection of artworks have come to define my style. I like to experiment with different types of techniques such as oil paint, dry pastel, oil pastel, acrylic and ink. Water, seaweed, flowers and corals inspire me and color and contrast are a must in my opinion!
