Hi there!

I'm Sofia, the creative mind behind SOLK, nestled in the serene landscapes of the south of Sweden. Art and design have been long-term passions throughout my life. From the study of classic painting and printing techniques in art school to my independent experimentation with various mediums, the artistic language behind SOLK took form. As you may guess from the motifs, animals hold a special place in my heart, not just as companions. Their personalities and the way they navigate the world make an endless source for inspiration.

SOLK is balancing the surreal, the playful and the too much. You are simply not choosing a SOLK item for it to blend in. At the drawing table my aim is for each design to tell it's own story - and a piece from SOLK to make your space uniquely yours.

We believe in the beauty of thoughtfully crafted textiles. Every SOLK product is made with care, using high-quality fabrics and produced in small batches, printed and hand-sewn in Sweden.
