Sandra van Rooij Edfelt

I am a trained architect based in Stockholm. I have found my visual language in the field where architecture meets photography. My education and experience in architecture have given me an understanding of space, light, proportions and materials. The foundation of my photography is spatial awareness and I seek precision in composition but also by paying attention to the present moment. For me it is not just about documenting a building or an environment but about conveying atmosphere, intention and context.
