Welcome to salvo.ceramics! I’m a ceramicist based in Stockholm with a passion for storytelling through clay. While I love a good functional cup, my true focus lies in vases and sculptural works.
When creating I usually take inspiration from my current favourite media. You’ll find a few vases inspired by Dune that use specific glazes to mimic the sands of the desert. I love contrasting those "natural" pieces with very sharp, solid-colored, angular designs.
I also find inspiration in the worlds of anime, from sculptural Devil Fruits to vases featuring the haunting spirals of Uzumaki.
