Collection: Pretty Prylar

Pretty Prylar grew out of a lifelong love affair with color.

I grew up in Bangkok, a city that never whispers. Colors everywhere. Neon signs, street markets, flower garlands, painted doors, plastic stools in every shade imaginable. Sounds, scents, movement, layers upon layers of visual noise that somehow feel alive and comforting at the same time. Color was never decoration. It was atmosphere, identity, everyday life.

When I later moved to Sweden, I loved (and love) the calmness and the space. But I also felt a small frustration when I couldn’t find home decorations in the colors I missed. Everything felt muted, beige & white. Beautiful, yes, but not mine. I missed objects that dared to take up space, that felt playful, warm, a little unexpected.

So I started making my own. What began as small craft project slowly turned into Pretty Prylar. Dip-dye candles where color melts into color. Eco-resin objects cast by hand, each one slightly different, never too perfect.

Pretty Prylar is my way of bringing these two worlds together. The calm of Scandinavia and the joyful chaos of Bangkok. A reminder that color doesn’t have to shout to be bold, and that everyday objects made by hands carry memory, mood and personality.
