Patch & Play Bags was founded by Josefine Wiewegg.
The idea for the collection of tote bags was inspired by her 1.5-year-old daughter Helmi, who loved filling bags with little treasures and toys and carrying them around the house, and everywhere she went. What started as a small tote bag Josefine made just for fun, quickly became a favorite among Helmi and her friends, sparking an idea.

With a lifelong passion for creating, crafting, and sewing, Patch & Play Bags was born.

Each tote bag is carefully handmade from cotton fabric, making them soft but sturdy enough for play, safe, and gentle for small sensitive hands. Some of the bags are also hand-embroidered. They are designed to inspire creativity, imaginative play, and a sense of independence in young children.
