I am the founder of Oriaku Studio, a premium jewelry house based in Oslo, Norway. The jewellery is designed in Oslo, and handmade in Africa (Senegal and Kenya). Every single purchase you make supports our artisans directly as 20% of profits go straight to them.
My work sits between cultures: the merge of African craftsmanship and Scandinavian minimalism.

I was born and raised in Paris, by an African mother. She was a seamstress, and naturally the initial plan was for me to become a fashion designer. I have perfected my drawing skills for years.
However, as life has it, I moved to Norway to purse a career in IT. Ten years in, I experienced burn out. I then decided to create Oriaku Studio as a return to my creative heart, an alternative in Scandinavian fashion landscape, and an honour to my heritage.
