Collection: Niusha Khanmohammadi

I’m an Iranian–Swedish artist and writer shaped by a life between nine countries, where languages, memories, and emotions constantly intertwine. Through delicate ink lines and translucent watercolor layers, I map belonging and the fragile beauty of what connects us. My inspiration comes from mobility and dreams — from fleeting glances, shifting colors, and the stories carried in between words. My works are intimate, often featuring faces and abstract forms suspended between presence and absence. Each drawing becomes a quiet conversation between emotion and movement, an attempt to translate feeling into form. My upcoming book Conversations With Cities continues this journey — tracing the invisible bridges between places, people, and the many versions of home we carry within us.
