My name is Nilla Moberg, and I am an artist from Halland with roots in Skåne. I paint what I cannot always put into words.

I draw inspiration for my art from my life in Halland, the everyday chaos of being a parent of young children, and those small moments that might otherwise easily pass by.

I am not searching for perfection. I am drawn to the imperfect, the unexpected, and the alive – that which is meant to be felt rather than explained. My abstract paintings emerge in the meeting between control and spontaneity, between what I think and what my hand wants to do. And it is precisely there – in the unpredictable – that my art finds its expression. Each work is allowed to become exactly what it wants to be.
