Creativity has always been a natural part of my life. Drawing, painting, and sculpture eventually led me to architecture, and since 2011 I have run my own firm, Sjödin Arkitektur AB. Before studying architecture, I attended art schools where I explored art and crafts, and I have continued to develop my practice through courses in sculpture and ceramics.

In 2020, our home was transformed, and in that process I created a studio for myself in our former garage. This is where I now work, surrounded by clay, color, and the quiet rhythm of making, and where I welcome others through the courses I offer.

Today I primarily work with stoneware clay, though I sometimes return to oil painting and drawing. I draw inspiration from animals, nature, and people—organic forms and expressions that I try to capture with simplicity and honest materials.
