Collection: Katarina Wetter-Edman

Katarina explores passages and transformations, drawing deep inspiration from the natural landscape and its cyclical rhythms.

In her practice, she seeks a visual language for that which moves beneath the surface—where memories, cadences, and fragments of nature converge. By working layer upon layer with color, texture, and trace, she allows her paintings to emerge as organic maps: charting emotions, inner states, and the world outside.

Each work is an ongoing dialogue between what was and what is. It is a quiet conversation between the internal and the external—a delicate balance of that which is blurred and that which begins to bloom.

"My paintings are intended as inner maps; they navigate through memories and landscapes in constant change, inviting the viewer to find their own passages within the depth of the image."

Katarina is a member of KRO (The Swedish Artists' National Organization) and the Swedish Artists' Association.
