Welcome to my creative world! My name is Josefin Hornsved and I am an artist with a focus on oil painting, graphics and sculpture. My expression is colorful, dynamic and organic – where bodies and people often play a central role. Through my artworks I explore themes such as humanity, identity, femininity and physicality. My hope is that the artworks will provoke thoughts and conversations about important issues.

Some art movements that inspire me are surrealism, expressionism and abstract art. Some artists that influence my creation are Frida Kahlo, Henri Matisse and Hilma af Klint – their work touches me deeply. I want, in a similar way, to touch other people with my
art.
