I'm Johanna, an artist and designer currently based in Lisbon. I love exploring color, form, and harmony through painting. I began my art journey with watercolour, which then evolved to include gouache, acrylic, and digital illustration. My work brings together organic shapes, texture, and playful composition, often inspired by nature, everyday moments, and subtle expressions of emotion.
For me, making art is a balance between intention and unpredictability. I approach each art piece with both spontaneity and structure, and try to let the materials lead the way when I paint. My hope is to create pieces that feel personal but leave space for your own interpretation – something that brings warmth, colour, or joy to your space.
