Collection: Heidi Kangas

My name is Heidi Kangas, a hobby ceramist living in Sweden.

In the fall of 2019, I took an evening course in ceramics. It was the start of a hobby with endless possibilities. We are a group of women who meet once a week, create together and are inspired by each other. I took a week-long pottery course at Leksands Folkhögskola in the summer of 2025 and now I have built my own workshop at home.

I hand-build, roll and turn my ceramics in stoneware clay. I create household items, interior design, sculptures and art. I paint and glaze my ceramics by hand and everything is fired twice. All ceramics are unique, created by me and my hands. My hope is that my ceramics will capture curiosity and interest in you as a viewer, and that you will get durable ceramics that you can enjoy for a long time.
