Collection: Emma Zetterberg

My name is Emma Zetterberg and I have always had a creative streak. Even as a child, I found security in creating, especially during long periods in hospital with my little brother, where play therapy became a haven for imagination and expression. When life felt heavy, creating has always been my refuge. The starting point came when I moved to my first apartment in Malmö. I wanted to create a home with soul and started painting my own paintings. My interest grew quickly, and soon I was holding art exhibitions where my works sold out. After my father passed away, painting became even more important, a way to process grief and give vent to feelings I find it difficult to express in words. Today I live in Stockholm and create art that expresses what I cannot always articulate. I hope that it touches and reminds me that vulnerability is a strength, a path to deeper understanding, both for ourselves and each other.
