Collection: Elsa Sjögren

I create handmade ceramic objects, some are functional, some are mostly fun to look at standing in your bookcase. I enjoy working at the throwing wheel, making pieces such as cups, bowls and plates as well as coiling and hand building vases, candlestick holders and sculptures. My aesthetic is often characterized by a combination of simplicity and playfulness. This can be shown in my soft serve bottle stoppers made of porcelain as well as my cups covered in oxide crayon doodles. As a creator, I am first and foremost driven by curiosity and want to always explore and try new things in the workshop.
