She works with stories, and often the work begins with a sentence someone once said that stayed with her. In her ceramic candleholders, moods and fleeting impressions come together.

Through experimentation and by working in dialogue with the material, each candleholder gradually takes shape, developing its own character and story.

The candleholders are functional objects, but they also carry something more: memories, moods or situations. Once they find their place in a room, they become part of everyday life and continue their story there.
