I’m a Stockholm based, self-taught abstract painter. I’ve always been creative but painting feels so natural, effortless in a way nothing else has. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, I paint intuitively, without sketches or plans. I blend colors directly on the canvas and let the shapes guide me. Horizons and layered fields appear often. My work is inspired by summers in the Swedish mountains, long strolls and berry picking in the forest, sunny summer days in the archipelago, the quiet comfort of being alone in nature. I’m drawn to blues, reds and greens, to muted landscapes and soft transitions, to spaces where you can breathe.
